Salary: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year

We are looking for a full-time Paralegal for our office here in anchorage. Candidate must have 3-5 years of previous litigation paralegal experience and be able to work efficiently and independently on complex civil litigation cases. Daily activities include assisting lawyers with document/information management (hard copy and electronic), performing legal research, requesting documents, factual analysis, medical records review, and summary, medical cost summary, correspondence, basic motions, discovery, and trial support. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of State and Federal rules of court, all phases of litigation, discovery and trial procedures along with e-discovery, case management, and trial presentation software. Occasional overtime to meet court deadlines may be required. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential.
