Job Summary
The Dena'ina Wellness Center features an integrated model of care. The Behavioral Health Consultant will be part of our team as we enhance our integrated service delivery model between healthcare disciplines. This position works within the Primary Care team to provide access to brief intervention for behavioral health needs, monitors client (un'ina) engagement and progress, and makes referrals to ongoing Behavioral Health care. The Behavioral Health Consultant will work with behavioral health, primary care and wellness providers to provide efficient and effective delivery of behavioral health consultation, crisis and brief intervention to children, adolescents, adults and families in order to improve well-being within an integrated healthcare setting.
