JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, plan, organize, control and direct the operations and activities for designated convenience store: analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer-focused environment; coordinating and directing communications, personnel, and resources to meet needs and assure smooth and efficient operations; and supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Solid knowledge of accounting fiscal systems, policies, procedures and practices. 
  • Able to make business evaluations, create and recommend procedures, analyze new trends plus operating and net margins.  
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, accounting or related field and 3 years experience.
