Maintenance Technician - (Full Time with Benefits!)

Interviewing Now!! Hiring immediately for Property Maintenance Positions at affordable Apartment complexes. This position will provide quality work for our apartment residents and be a valued team member of our Maintenance crew. (We are willing to train an entry-level person!)
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, some overtime rotating on-call nights and weekend shifts with BONUS pay. Pay rate is DOE and negotiable.
Job Responsibilities may include:
- General repairs, installations, preventative maintenance
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Assist other apartment properties and Maintenance Supervisor as needed
Desired:
- 1-5 years of general maintenance experience
- Experience in: plumbing, drywall, carpentry, light electric etc.
- Clean background and driving record, able to pass drug/alcohol test
