We are hiring immediately for a full-time Apartment Manager to manage a mid-size, multi-family property in Anchorage. This 40 hour per week position requires living on-site with an apartment provided as part of your benefits package.

Desired Skills:
- Experience in: Property Management, Resident Services, or Leasing Agent experience
- Great problem solving and conflict resolution skills with a diverse clientele
- 2+ years of outstanding customer service to showcase our property
- Organized and detailed

Some job responsibilities include:
- Showing units and screening applicants
- Routinely walking the property, maintain security
- Assisting residents with various needs
- Create a welcoming, community environment

You must also possess a current driver's license, reliable auto, clean driving and criminal record and pass a drug/alcohol test.
