Senior Recruiter (Recruiter III)

Summary
ANTHC is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruiting and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This role owns all talent-related activities for assigned business groups, from workforce planning and sourcing to hiring and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent using traditional and innovative sourcing strategies
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to align hiring plans with business goals
• Provide guidance on best practices, market trends, and hiring decisions
• Track and report on recruiting metrics, headcount progress, and diversity goals
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Shared Services teams
• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal, and state employment regulations
• Manage internal mobility processes and applicant tracking system (ATS) activity
• Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and community events
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or related field
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and recruiting best practices

Preferred

• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
• Familiarity with Alaska Tribal Health System and Alaska Native cultures

Additional Information

• Travel to remote locations may be required
• Active participation in professional organizations encouraged
