The Subsistence Representative (SR) position is a seasonal position requiring up to 98 hours/week (i.e. up to 12-14 hours/day, 7 days/week) or more, depending on operational activities. For the winter operating season, SRs would be expected to work from approximately January 30th to April 15th. More than one SR may be needed for a portion of the winter operating season due to the level of activities this season. A rotational work schedule is required and schedules include a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, or other approved rotational schedule. The schedule may be adjusted due to the contracting entity.

The SR will be expected to travel to crew and live at the one of the camps associated with the seismic program while on duty. The SR will be expected to observe ongoing activities and to identify any potential concerns with current or future operations. The SR will be expected to provide daily reports of potential subsistence issues observed in the field to the Field Project Manager (PM) or Recording Crew Manager (RCM.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School Diploma or GED is waived for having being a life long resident of North Slope area, which can be sight specific of the permitted area

2. Have a valid Alaska driver's license (ADL)

3. Must pass a Drug screen test (UA) and Physical

4. Complete the NSTC and any other site-specific training that may be required

5. The SR must be familiar with the types of subsistence activities and the environment in the area permitted and is a lifelong resident of the North Slope specifically to provide proper knowledge attained from lifelong experience(s)
