Our large Fortune 500 Insurance Company, with a local office in Anchorage and soon Fairbanks, are looking for a rock star employee benefit account manager to work in our corporate accounts. Colonial is a world leader in corporate benefit packages and is seeking someone who loves educate others on why having benefits for their families is so important in Anchorage, Alaska.   Our local office won the #1 Business in Alaska in 2016 with over 175 of the most prestigious businesses in Alaska as cilents.

THIS IS NOT IN HOME SALES, we are strictly calling on businesses in Alaska and enrolling them in their benefits at the workplace.

We have two positions open in my agency:

• Account Executive:  sales position acquiring new business (calling on businesses in Anchorage/around the state)
• Benefit Counselor:  Enrolls / sells voluntary benefits to employees at the workplace (existing clients, no cold calling - inside sales)

We are looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals to work in a professional business environment to educate and enroll employees in their corporate benefits. The ability to present and communicate publicly are key factors to success in this position.
