Kids’ Corps, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager who in collaboration with the Executive Director will coordinate, manage, and oversee the business and financial operations of the corporation. The current agency budget is in excess of $4.5 million with anticipated continued growth. Kids’ Corps, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit serving low-income families with young children through Head Start, Early Head Start, and Parents as Teachers programs in Anchorage, Alaska.

Salary Range: Competitive negotiable salary in line with comparable non-profits our size

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent. CPA preferred.
• Three or more years of practical, related experience in all facets of business and financial operations.
• Knowledge and understanding of general business matters required including budget and grants development, financial reporting, cash management, and financial nonprofit laws and regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software; QuickBooks preferred.
• Competent in Excel, Word, and Internet Applications.
