General Functions:
The CITC College Intern gains professional work experience through a temporary internship by applying their education in a practical work setting in a focused area of interest. This position contributes to CITC's mission by developing future workforce talent and creating opportunities that fulfill our endless potential. Interns are expected to embody behavior and work ethic centered on CITC values including Respect, Interdependence, Accountability, Resilience, and Humor. The role provides valuable hands-on learning opportunities while supporting departmental operations and contributing to organizational goals.
