We are seeking a Regional Mortgage Loan Originator Lead!

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Mortgage Loan Originator Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead, coach, and mentor a regional team of Mortgage Loan Originators while also maintaining your own high-performing loan portfolio. You’ll develop strong lead-referral relationships with real estate agents, financial professionals, past clients, and other Centers of Influence (COIs) to drive business growth across the region.

As a Regional Lead, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service by assessing borrower needs, analyzing financial information, and recommending the most appropriate loan programs. You’ll also actively participate in business development efforts to strengthen our presence in the community and grow market share.

Salary: Job/salary offer would be commensurate with experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional evening or weekend.
