We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to join our remote support team. As the first line of technical support, you will be responsible for assisting users with hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to users via phone, email, and remote tools
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
🔹 Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
🔹 Document all support interactions and resolutions in the system
🔹 Monitor and manage service tickets in line with SLAs
🔹 Stay up-to-date on company products and technologies to provide excellent support

Qualifications:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred)
✅ Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or related roles
✅ Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and common software applications
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a remote environment
✅ Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
