Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
• Provide general administrative support, such as filing, copying, and organizing files and records.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
• Proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
